We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room we stayed in had a rustic Spanish charm and was nicely decorated. the bathroom, although a bit small, was clean and had everything we needed. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast included was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. the hotel offered a variety of facilities such as a bar and restaurant, which added to our overall positive experience.
We did find one aspect of the hotel to be less than satisfactory.

Easy access, good parking facility. Traditional canarian building, nice ambiance. It is a quiet place, if you want to relax and you are into trekking it is a good place but you need a car. Good restaurant; good value for money and very generous portions. Roberto is very funny. It was quite cold during the evenings but luckily the heating was good in the room. Big terrace and nice view.
The room could have been more spacious. It was cold in the restaurant and lobby Wifi in the room would have been good. The breakfast could have offered more variety.

The hotel was conveniently located near various attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and assistance during our stay.-We enjoyed the breakfast options, which were varied and delicious, providing a good start to the day.
The room was quite small and lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to navigate and relax comfortably. The heating controls were confusing and ineffective, leaving the room cold during our stay.

Nice hotel in a friendly village. Nearby an excellent bakery, restaurans as well in the town as at a walk distance hills. Good connections but a car is usefull. Breakfast and coffee was good. Large balcony with a view. Tv set was small but shows football in HD quality, impressing. Best of all, beautifull mountain walks begins at your doorstep.
Be advised, remember take earplugs along if you mind church bells. Hotel hopes check in as early as 18:00. We were late so we have to call the reception. They told that the restaurant was open untill 21:00, so we got the key there. This is problem if your flight is late and nowadays they are, especially budget flights. Remember, you can`t speed at mountain roads. Avoid this stress and sleep first night at the coast.

It was situated in a nice little village and there were nice walking routes.
Our room was very very cold, heating system was not sufficient enough for bedroom and bathroom. It was also very dark in our room, only a very small window near the ceiling. Maybe there are some better rooms with a view, but we were very disappointed at our room.

The hotel is a typically basic one by for a small village in the mountains, breakfast is simple but the evening meals were good, rooms are adequate but not luxurious. The location is great for walking in the mountains and the staff are friendly and helpful but you must ask. be sure however to get some booklets on the walks off the web before you go because the ones found locally are rubbish, also if possible get a good map. The hotel is ideal for using the local buses which are cheap and pretty good once you have found your way round the timetable, you will need a good head for heights as well.Enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice location in small countytown of Gran Canaria
Some rooms are located just across the Church-town with time-indication every half-hour of church-bells.(also all night...) So try to ask for a room at the back-side.

Quaint old mill, nicely fitted out, with stunning view. Staff very pleasant and local food freshly cooked and delicious. Location was handy for (1) local bus and walks.
Niggles only - Room and restaurant a bit cold in the evening and quaintness of room extended to poor (electric) lighting - torch recommended to find clothes in wardrobe!

Calm, terrace with a view, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hacienda
Breakfast is rather small (but with fresh fruit and juice, which is nice)

The view from the rooms is overwhelmingly, the village is surrounded by a mountainrange (actuallly is is situated in a very old crater). La Hacienda is a small place with a very easy going atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are rather basic, but have all balconies and a superb view.
Food is not so good.

Location, actual building and room design, nice rural area
Rooms have small windows so they are darker than usual, but we liked it as it was a rural hotel in the mountains - somehow expected.
